I am very particular, I must have inspected almost every granny flat builder in Sydney and from going to countless granny flat openings all over Sydney on Saturday’s, I decided that I wanted a finished product built by Granny Flat Solutions The team at Granny Flat Solutions work together with me in providing my Granny Flat and from start to finish, I felt comfortable at each stage, design, planning, construction etc. and money well spent.

All the trades that carried out their tasks were respectful of me, my neighbours, and the workmanship was of high standards. The project manager was in continual contact with me(which also included weekly updates) and providing updates on progress and future works.

The proof is in the pudding, family and friends who have come to see the Granny Flat are all very impressed, with the design, colour selection, finishes etc.

Its hard for me to nominate just one person who excelled from Granny Flat Solutions, however if I had to select just one person, then I would say Sean the Project Manager
