Fred – Thornleigh

My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Granny Flat Solutions for the last 18 months or so, starting right from the initial design and consultation stage, through step by step construction, all the way to post construction customer service.

Our designer Khai is one of the best in the field who was very caring and patient with our needs and he was always keeping an open mind of what our requirements were and he made sure he did his absolute best to accommodate them.

Then the project manager Greg. What a lovely gentleman. Greg was on our site almost every single day to supervise the work and answer questions we had. Greg went above and beyond by answering our questions/requests via phone calls, emails and texts, sometimes even outside his working hours.

I am sure other designers and project managers from GFS are also very good, but be sure to ask for them if you can!!! 🙂
