Si Ning – Epping

When we first started the project, we looked at a lot of different builders in Sydney. Granny Flat Solutions was strongly recommended to us by my local council staff when I went to get tree removal permit. They are not the cheapest, nor do they claim to be but you pay for the high quality you receive. I met with both Anthony and Michael and both were extremely trustworthy, professional and transparent with their costing.

Our designer, Matt, is very creative. Overall – 5 stars! The whole process, from start to finish, only took around 3 and half months. The project manager Tony is really great responsible, professional, knowledgeable and reliable.

Everything went smoothly and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to build a granny flat!
