Building our granny flat with Granny Flat Solutions has been a really positive experience and I’d highly recommend them to others. We’d never built anything before but knew that we wanted a quality product rather than a flimsy, overgrown cubby house.

Working with Wally and the team we went through numerous revisions of the design, and they never lost patience with the hundreds of questions we had and the raft of small details that were specific to our block that we wanted to address. GFS assisted with all the administrative aspects of getting approval to build, and when construction started it went smoothly and quickly. The few details we wanted attended to at completion were addressed promptly with no fuss.

The end result is a great quality little house in the backyard that rented straight away.
