My experience with Granny Flat solutions is positive. I want to thank Michael, Wally and the team for fast response to my queries. I would like thank Ian Solomon the project manager for his meticulous eye for detail. He always updated me about the progress every Friday evening.

Wally, helped me in design the Granny flat which I wanted. Wally made some wonderful suggestions on how to increase the space. He did the customization to suit my needs. They started in April 14 and by end of May we were waiting for the occupation certificate.

They went through every detail with me. I am happy with this company.
