We would like to say thank you to Granny Flat solution for the building of our granny flat @ 5A Hillcrest Rd Berowra 2081. Sorry it took us a while to put this review as we have waited for the landscape to finished. We would like to thank their professionalism and patience since we signed up. To Scott and Matt for their patience in revising the design to suit our needs, to Rachel, Lisa, Rhodlee, Michael and Anthony for clear explanation of the process and paperworks and to Greg Duffy for looking after the whole project and keeping us updated until the completion. Our only concern at the was the telephone line which I was told by a contractor is in the wrong place and going to cost me around $2000 to connect NBN to Telstra pit, otherwise we are very happy with the outcome of the whole project. We would not hesitate to recommend Granny Flat solution to anyone who is thinking of building a Granny Flat. Thanks to GFS, our Granny Flat is currently leased.
