I have just received the keys to my Granny Flat and happy as.

The process with GFS was fantastic. They professional managed my granny flat build including Randwick councils DA process ( apparently one of the most challenging in Syd.). The way they went about the whole process gave me confidence ie the interaction and communication with their designer, admin-commercial manager, general customer service, project manger and the owners. It was the way each team member delivering on their commitments and always got back to you. Rarely I had to follow up.

Very importantly they delivered an awesome GF on time (20 weeks after DA approval) and on budget. Mum’s in it now and super impressed.
