“As a single, middle-aged woman, I can admit that I embarked the project of building a granny flat with some apprehension and angst. However, I must say, that my fears were quickly blown away. From the very beginning to the very end, I felt completely at ease and comfortable with the friendly, competent staff, and the way in which they handled the project. The end result is brilliant. Not one single item has been compromised: Everything has been completed exactly according to plan, and with perfection to every detail. Timelines have been kept. Administration has been friendly and efficient. Quotes have been adhered to, no nasty financial surprises popped up. The professional staff has been incredibly communicative and eager to make me feel involved and onboard.  The architect spent considerable time listening to me during the design phase, discussing different options, to make sure we reached a solution I’d be absolutely happy with. No decision has been taken over my head. The construction phase was smooth and friction-free. The labourers were hard-working, quiet, polite, creating a harmonious ambience. Working with GFS has simply been a great, positive experience, and I can’t imagine any other granny flat company that could have impressed me more.  I’d recommend GFS any day!
