All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Australia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

These terms and conditions apply to all special offers, promotions, prices and discounts listed on this website, social media or on any printed Granny Flat Solutions material.

– All special offers, promotions and discounts are applicable to new clients only and must be redeemed at the initial payment of the Design invoice.
– All special offers, promotions and discounts are accurate at point of publishing, subject to availability and eligibility at the time of signing your final construction contract, and may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.
– Only one promotional offer is redeemable per job number (including, but not limited to; granny flats, extensions and additions, renovations, studios).
– Not available in conjunction with any other offers.
– All items listed on the promotional packages must be installed by Granny Flat Solutions in or on the contracted project, are non-interchangeable, and cannot be used or installed for any existing dwellings or provided as stand-alone items.
– All items and promotions are non-transferrable for cash and/or cannot be discounted from the final contracted value.

Additional Terms & Conditions for the ‘What the Truck’ November Promotion / Campaign
In conjunction with the terms and conditions listed above, the following also apply:

– By participating in this campaign, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
– The campaign commences on the 3rd November 2020, at 9am (AEST).
– Entries for the ‘What the Truck’ promotion close on the 30th November 2020, 11pm (AEST).
– The prize consists of 1 x $500 cash prize. All submissions will be entered in to the draw to win the $500 cash prize. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from the applicants.
– A winner will be randomly drawn and announced on social media on the 3rd December 2020. The winner will also be personally notified via. their social media. In the event the winner is uncontactable, or unresponsive after seven (7) days, Granny Flat Solutions and New South Homes reserve the right to redraw a winner until a suitable applicant is found. Applicants who are not winners will be receive a notification.
– In the event the applicant is submitting a photo from a private account (both on Facebook and Instagram), and Granny Flat Solutions and/or New South Homes is unable to view the submission, or was not notified of the submission, the submission will be void unless the applicant makes contact with Granny Flat Solutions and/or New South Homes and notifies us of their submission.
– The prize ($500) must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use or claim the prize as stated. The prize is non-transferable and must be claimed by the winner selected.
– By entering and participating in this campaign, the entrant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Granny Flat Solutions and New South Homes from and against all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the campaign, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any prize-related activities, acceptance of a prize and/or the misuse of the prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person/s).
By uploading a submission to Facebook and/or Instagram, participants agree and grant Granny Flat Solutions and New South Homes the right to use your photo or video, free of charge, in any manner and media; including (without limitation) the right to publish, adapt, distribute, copy, display, or translate in printed or electronic media.
