          I cannot recommend Granny Flat Solutions enough.Granny Flat Solutions was one of the many builders I contacted to build a granny flat on my property in Botany.Prior to contacting the GFS team, I was almost ready to sign up with another company, but was not confident enough in their capabilities, and continued to research other builders.I arranged for a GFS rep to visit my site for an assessment and quote. After comparing quotes and services provided (both build-quality and customer focus), it was obvious that Granny Flat Solutions far exceeded the other companies.The quote GFS provided me was honest and all-inclusive - outlining site conditions and costs that were not listed in any of the other quotes I received. I met with Michael (one of the business owners) and my site assessor who went through their costing spreadsheet, line-by-line and clearly explained each cost and condition to me (which is something none of the other companies did) – tailoring the quote to perfectly suit my needs and budget. Prior to signing the quote, they even me introduced to my project manager, who readily answered any questions and concerns I had, further giving me confidence in their capabilities.From the initial point of contact, I felt like Granny Flat Solutions were genuine in going above and beyond to help me, and provided outstanding customer service.Sean has been a champion throughout the whole construction process. He was extremely helpful, punctual and responsive - returning all my calls and messages before the end of the day.Special mention to Joe D, who was my initial site assessor. He helped shape my ideas and give me a clearer vision of what my Granny Flat would look like and where it would go.The construction process exceeded my expectations.           It has been a year since my family moved into our beautiful new granny flat .I would recommend Granny Flat solutions over any other company .From my first interaction with the site assessor, Johnny, I was impressed with his thorough assessment and communication to me about what needed to be done.However I still decided to go with another company as they promised to deliver earlier and I needed the place completed prior to to HSC trials for my daughter .Michael contacted me and came out to see me to discuss the situation and promised to deliver as soon as possible and by May as needed .My site is difficult to access due to being on a main road and Michael was able to problem solve and save me money at every point .Michael is nothing short of a superstar!All of the staff I had contact with were warm and professional.Pierre, the project manager was fantastic , Nicholas the architect and Jessica at material selection to name a few were all a pleasure to work with during a highly stressful time.On the phone to reception they are always kind and professional.They delivered on time as promised.I will always recommend them over anyone else and would use them again in the future .
