About the Property

This project faced a few difficulties – namely an unknown and undocumented filled in in-ground swimming pool right in the location of the Granny Flat. Construction was halted for a short period of time to receive geotech reports and plan modifications to allow for screw piers to be installed. After all of this, the Granny Flat turned out beautifully.
