PROPERTY OWNERS BRIEF: To provide much needed additional car-parking for the main dwelling, with an outdoor covered deck area and internal multi-purpose space that can be used in a number of ways.

OUR SOLUTION: A large tandem garage (33m²) was built to house 2 cars, with a 16m² covered outdoor deck and 40m² multi-purpose room overlooking the pool.

FEATURES INCLUDE: A bathroom and small kitchenette for entertainment purposes with a large entertainment area that opened to the deck and pool.
