PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: A large 1350m battle-axe block with space on the side of the existing house.

PROPERTY OWNERS BRIEF: To build a comfortable 1 bedroom Granny Flat for their daughter giving her some privacy while keeping the same look and feel of the main house and the existing garden

OUR SOLUTION: To modify the 1 bedroom Echo design, raising it on steel piers with a porch that overlooks the backyard.

FEATURES INCLUDE: To match the existing main house façade, French Doors and Weathertex timber cladding were chosen. Merbeau decking was installed joining the Granny Flat to the main house seamlessly. Other internal features include walk in robe, Caeserstone benchtop, Westinghouse appliances, semi-frameless shower screen and double hung windows.
