OUR SOLUTION: To build a brick Granny Flat with a small front porch utilising the space on the left hand side of the property. A Colorbond fence was installed to separate both dwellings.

RETURN ON INVESTMENT: The Owner receiving $420 per week in rent the day after the final Occupation Certificate was provided. The owner is now repeating this successful formula for his other investment properties.
